Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in dispatch operations (prior dispatch / call center experience)
  • At least 4 years supervisory experience (or managing direct reports)
  • Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences, including senior leadership
  • Strong ability to lead and support change management initiatives effectively
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the region
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Service Coordination team in scheduling field resources for installations, PMs, and customer moves, while managing urgent repair needs
  • Collaborate with Field Service leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
  • Oversee coordination across Sales, Applications, FSEs, and logistics partners, ensuring proper documentation for revenue recognition
  • Drive continuous improvement using DBS tools and support strategic initiatives within the Service organization
  • Recruit, coach, and evaluate team performance while ensuring standard work and best practices are followed
