Requirements

The SEO Manager should have experience supporting the professional development of SEO Specialists and driving retention for regional accounts. This role requires expertise in coaching, developing clear and actionable development plans for employees, and providing feedback on SEO quality and critical thinking against best practices. Experience in creating and coaching employees towards stretch assignments is also necessary, along with the ability to conduct monthly reviews of Accounts KPIs, strategies, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

The SEO Manager is responsible for mentoring and developing direct reports by focusing on daily task execution, employee growth and development goals, and identifying blockers. They will review work product for process accuracy, speed, and SEO quality, and provide feedback to encourage continued growth. The Manager will also create and coach employees towards stretch assignments, conduct monthly reviews of account KPIs, strategies, and deliverables, and serve as a second escalation point for client issues.
