The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice. This role involves developing end-to-end Salesforce architecture, leading technical discovery sessions, designing new features, configuring applications using Apex and Lightning Components, and building proof of concepts. The architect will also partner with developers to store reusable solutions, design integration strategies with external systems, ensure data integrity, and create documentation and training materials.
