Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry)
  • 2+ years of managing a team of field-based sales representatives
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software
  • Experience building C-Level relationships
  • Experience driving a customer success focus and influence in a "win as a team" environment
  • Strategic account planning experience; history of creation and ongoing management of detailed account plans for a portfolio
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
  • Experience exceeding quota while maintaining customer loyalty and required product margins
  • Knowledge of the computer industry, especially cloud platforms, SaaS, PaaS, security, and SaaS contracts
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledgeable about Enterprise Service Management
  • Excellent management experience exceeding quota

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Sales Executives, driving business into customer accounts by leading the team throughout sales cycles
  • Lead a team of field-based sales representatives in a matrixed sales organization to exceed quota, build territory revenue, and prospect and close named accounts against established competition through individual initiative
  • Assign and manage your team's territories or accounts
  • Manage a group of field sales representatives; inspire and provide recommendations on growth opportunities and target accounts
  • Establish relationships with all levels of customer organizations, sales departments, and partners
  • Implement account strategies and coordinate team-selling efforts with the core selling team for a portfolio to close business on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage all ServiceNow opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and communication
