Requirements

Proven experience in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices is required, along with a strong ability to scale an SDR team, including considerations for career paths and compensation plans. Responsibilities

The Manager, Sales Development will be responsible for managing, developing, and hiring a rapidly growing team of sales development representatives. This role involves driving a high-performance, high-accountability culture to meet and exceed sales development goals, tracking sales team metrics, and reporting data to senior leadership.
