Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 8-10 Sales Development Reps (corporate/SMB focused)
  • Coach reps on strategy and technique
  • Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met
  • Work with Corporate Sales Managers on territory development
  • Work with Channel Account Managers to drive business with partners
  • Improve operations
  • Leverage Salesforce and BI tools (DOMO etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to develop Go-to-Market strategy
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales teams, senior leadership, and overseas managers
  • Source/recruit candidates for new member hiring
