Requirements

Candidates should have experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager, a highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team, experience driving business results for a hi-tech company preferred, experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau, proven ability to hire, develop, and promote top sales talent, an understanding of the cybersecurity landscape preferred, and the ability to be a fast learner, motivated, driven, and passionate.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs, coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and also increasing cross-sell into existing Enterprise customers, coaching and developing reps on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals opportunities, working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit and marketing campaigns are being executed on to drive results, partnering closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute on territory plans, run high-impact campaigns, and continuously refine our prospecting approach, and proactively identifying new business opportunities, building a plan to capitalise on it, and executing on them.
