Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of 5 Corporate SDRs focused on the SMB segment
  • Drive outbound activity and execution of marketing-led campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to align SDR efforts with territory plans and quarterly goals
  • Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met and demand gen campaigns are actioned
  • Track and report on key performance metrics using Salesforce and other reporting tools
  • Continually optimise outreach strategies and messaging based on data and results
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top SDR talent, creating a culture of performance, learning, and growth
