Requirements

Candidates must have experience selling into one or more industries including Consumer & Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Travel, Transportation, and High Tech. They should possess experience in Sales, Business Development, and creating and winning opportunities in an individual contributor role, along with experience selling Application Services such as Application Development, Application Management, Application Modernization, Analytics, BI, and Testing.

Responsibilities

The Sales Professional will drive the sales process and outcomes within an industry, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. They will be responsible for business development, lead generation, and deal closures in the Financial Services and Insurance industry verticals, creating and helping frame DXC Consulting and Engineering Services’ differentiated value story, and developing strategic win themes for proposals. Furthermore, they will educate clients on DXC Consulting and Engineering capabilities, foster relationships with clients and internally with account teams, maintain accurate customer and forecast data, and work collaboratively with account teams to uncover and close revenue opportunities.
