The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in recruiting operations, people operations, or talent systems, including at least 3 years of direct people management. A strong background in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workflows, with a preference for Greenhouse experience, is essential. The role requires experience in translating recruiting data into actionable insights and recommendations, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that involve both technical systems and human processes. A flexible, systems-oriented approach with the ability to think strategically and tactically, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams, is also necessary. Experience in mid-market or global environments undergoing transformation, and familiarity with compensation workflows, headcount forecasting, and talent analytics are considered bonus points.
The Manager of Recruiting Operations will lead and manage the Recruiting Operations team, providing structure, coaching, and guidance. This role involves owning recruiting systems and workflows, including Greenhouse, Jira, and integrations with Workday, HireEZ, and AI-driven tools. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to simplify and improve core recruiting processes based on business needs, and partnering with finance and HR to build frameworks for headcount planning, prioritization, and TA capacity tracking. The manager will also lead the development of recruiting dashboards and reporting in collaboration with data and people analytics partners, build playbooks and enablement resources to enhance the recruiting experience, and apply AI and automation solutions to drive efficiency and reduce manual overhead in recruiting operations. The role requires operating with agility, balancing immediate business needs with ongoing process improvement.
