Requirements
Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or management role, along with strong experience in mobile and web application testing (manual and automated). They should have a deep understanding of QA processes, test design, and software release cycles, coupled with hands-on experience with testing tools such as TestRail, JIRA, and Postman. A solid understanding of test automation and CI/CD workflows is also required, alongside proven ability to build and lead high-performing QA teams in agile environments and experience mentoring and developing QA talent.
Responsibilities
As a QA Manager, you will lead and manage a team of QA Engineers across mobile and web platforms, defining and implementing comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure feature quality and timely delivery, overseeing the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and regression suites. Furthermore, you’ll track, analyze, and improve quality metrics across all areas of the product, drive cross-platform consistency in quality standards and release processes, conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and coaching of QA team members, and participate in sprint planning, product grooming, and release readiness activities.
