  • Robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems, processing, and user needs

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically driving the modernization of the core technology that powers credit card production
  • Deeply understand both internal and external customer needs and translate them into innovative new capabilities that optimize and transform credit card production
  • Collaborate across diverse teams, including Software Engineers and Architects, key partners in Supply Chain, Operations, and various business stakeholders
  • Build cutting-edge platform capabilities to ensure billions of pieces of outbound correspondence (e.g., credit card statements and letters) are produced and delivered seamlessly
  • Innovate and reimagine the status quo to find value creation opportunities and drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
