Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and implement solutions to elevate software delivery teams' daily work while upholding quality and security standards
- Define and execute strategies to enhance developer productivity using Capital One’s deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with technology and design partners to provide tools and guidance for self-service developer experiences
- Set success metrics for your area, drive adoption of solutions, and identify opportunities for improvements
- Champion developer needs by leveraging Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry best practices to establish developer experience vision and strategies
- Define features and collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives
- Improve developer productivity by enhancing automation of software quality assurance in the DevOps pipeline
- Empower in-house software engineers to reduce operational risks, defects in production, and ensure quality of committed code
