Define and execute comprehensive product strategy for Disney Photo Imaging digital products and experiences

Establish clear OKRs and enable product teams to develop outcome-based roadmaps

Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization

Drive agile development processes ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery
Own quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes
Build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups from end users to C-level executives
Serve as the primary business subject matter expert for Photo Imaging platform capabilities
Provide consistent point of contact and accountability for partner product and business needs
Facilitate alignment between technology, operations, UX design, analytics, marketing, and executive teams
Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership
Lead recruiting efforts and onboard new team members with diverse, inclusive hiring practices
Set clear expectations, conduct regular reviews and 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and address performance issues
