Requirements

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They should have experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications and experience in user experience design or related industry experience. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience managing people or leading design teams, 7+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design, a portfolio of work samples, and experience with AI integration. Strong teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Product Design will partner strategically with product management and engineering to deliver cohesive, end-to-end user experiences. This role involves acting as a player/coach, leading by example through hands-on design contributions while mentoring the team. Responsibilities include championing user-centered innovation, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of design excellence, and ensuring design quality and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
