Candidates should possess over 3 years of experience in ERP, Finance Apps, user support, and system administration, with specific experience in Sage Intacct system administration. Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting SaaS applications, along with a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes including GL, AR, AP modules and reporting for month/quarter/fiscal year results is required. Familiarity with audit controls, compliance requirements, Agile/Scrum environments, complex multi-phase projects, and building/maintaining integrations is essential. Clear verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
The Enterprise Applications Engineer will provide end-user support, perform system administration for Sage Intacct, Airbase, and other financial SaaS applications, and manage data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities include translating requirements into well-architected solutions, designing, building, testing, and deploying enhancements in an Agile framework, and configuring systems to meet company and compliance needs. The role involves building and maintaining integrations with external and internal systems, performing security reviews and system health checks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical strategy and documentation. Additionally, the engineer will execute release management processes, support user access, and maintain sprint velocity goals.
