Requirements

7-10+ years of experience supporting senior executive(s) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as communications, professional services, law, consulting, or similar field
Sharp organizational instincts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities with discretion and confidence
Experience in executive support and operational project management (strongly encouraged)
Based in New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis, 3-4 days per week

Responsibilities

Drive effectiveness by managing the complex and fast-moving priorities of 2 senior leaders (COO and CFO), ensuring their time, focus, and attention are aligned with the firm’s most pressing business and client objectives
Provide strategic support, including proactive calendar and time management, preparation for high-stakes internal and external meetings, organizational updates, project tracking, and timely follow-ups that drive accountability and outcomes
Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted partner, prioritizing time and engagements to ensure alignment with business and client priorities
Anticipate operational and administrative needs, proactively managing logistics, materials, and communications to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Manage and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
Prepare, review, and track expense reports, invoices, and related administrative documentation
Partner with the broader leadership team to ensure Executives are equipped with materials, context, and resources for client meetings, internal initiatives, and firm-wide priorities
Handle confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Act as a culture and team connector, helping to organize team-building moments, staff engagement activities, and internal communications in partnership with leadership
