Requirements

Experience leading and developing a People Operations function
Experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle operations (onboarding/orientation, background checks, HRIS data integrity, payroll inputs/changes, benefits and leaves, offboarding)
Strong focus on delivery quality and compliance
Ability to codify and maintain SOPs
Experience managing a helpdesk queue
Ability to set clear workflows and standards
Cross-functional partnership experience with Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Finance/AP
Experience with immigration/global mobility processes and EOR transitions
Knowledge of regional compliance standards (e.g., I-9/E-Verify, ACA reporting, mandatory trainings)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the regional People Operations function for the Americas
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations
Drive operational excellence by codifying and maintaining regional SOPs
Manage the PNT Jira helpdesk queue
Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Finance/AP
Oversee immigration/global mobility processes and EOR transitions
Maintain regional compliance standards
Proactively improve controls and documentation for audits and reviews
