Requirements

3-5 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier IT/management consulting or equivalent
Proven track record of independently leading digitization or transformation projects
Exposure to chatbot platforms, AI/NLP technologies, or customer support systems (a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Self-driven and collaborative professional

Responsibilities

Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven Customer Supports, and lead Chatbot Development & Optimization
Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver desired outcomes
Lead projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
Leverage data to monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability, automation, and customer experience
Prepare and update materials covering project progress, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests, including deep dives on issues identified by leadership or functional teams
