The position offers a Hybrid Workstyle, allowing work from the office, home, or satellite office with remote work, subject to the organization's rules and business instructions. There may be business trips to CS bases in Yotsuya, Sapporo, and Fukuoka.

Required experience includes leading business reform projects, advancing AI utilization and automation projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to define business requirements for over 2 years. Compensation is year-based salary (including some fixed overtime pay), determined by experience, skills, performance, and contribution according to company regulations, with annual reviews. A special one-time incentive is provided once a year based on company performance and individual contribution, plus overtime and late-night allowances.
