Responsibilities
- 加盟店CSやユーザーCSの窓口対応を、AIアシストで再構築する。
- 顧客体験の視線で構想し、CS戦略の提案・本部内マネージメントとの調整を行う。
- 決定された方針について、企画・開発部門および窓口運営部門の利害関係者との調整を行い、円滑に実現推進を行う。
- 機械と人との協働を実現するための半自動化についても、同様に構想・折衝・推進においてリーダーシップを発揮する。
- カスタマーサポートを支えるシステムについて幅広く触れる。
- 上流工程（企画設計など）〜下流工程（運用保守）まで一貫して携わり、導入後のエンハンスなど結果を追い求める。
- AIを活用したこれまでにないカスタマーサポートプラットフォームを構築する。
