Responsibilities

  • Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives for Sam’s Club and External Client (GoLocal) customers
  • Managing the development and improvement of new and existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on business and functional requirements
  • Cross-functional collaboration to improve Spark driver engagement by partnering with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects
  • Translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives to meet business goals
  • Resolving on field escalations with regards to driver supply and metrics performance
  • Directing the execution of projects, work streams, and programs by managing and modifying associated project plans
  • Building engagement initiatives to ensure Spark is the platform of choice for delivery drivers
