  • Skills in leading field communication (e.g., weekly Newsletter, stand-alone comms, Culture Connection) and change management efforts
  • Proficiency in driving national-level ad-hoc reporting and addressing reporting requests from leadership
  • Capability to maintain field ride calendars with consultation from Manager of Regional Operations
  • Experience supporting planning for sales meetings (e.g., launch meetings, POAs, Start Strong/Fast Starts)
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner providing data analysis/insights to inform regional execution and support RBD meetings
  • Skills in providing tailored pull-through of national strategy through in-region expertise
  • Proactive analysis of region, district, and territory performance with recommendations to improve sales performance (including business analytics, sales messaging, strategy, and tactical planning)
  • Collaboration on development and execution of regional business plans and business review processes
  • Addressing high-impact strategic and ops-focused questions from field leaders, prioritizing per brand and sales priorities
  • Subject matter expertise and/or managing operational support of field-based systems (e.g., OneLook, Veeva/InterAct, customer alignments, Call Planning Process, e-Roster, HCP Connect, MS Teams, FCR, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

  • Operationalizing, executing, and stabilizing strategy work across teams and systems at a national level
  • Developing field communications and sales system training resources
  • Leading field communication (weekly Newsletter, stand-alone comms, Culture Connection) and change management efforts, ensuring alignment across the S&O team
  • Driving all national-level ad-hoc reporting for team consumption and addressing reporting requests from Director of Sales & Operations and/or sales leadership
  • Maintaining field ride calendars with consultation from Manager of Regional Operations
  • Supporting planning for sales meetings (e.g., launch meetings, POAs, Start Strong/Fast Starts)
  • Acting as a strategic partner for the West Region Business Director (RBD), providing strategic support through data analysis/insights sharing to inform regional execution and RBD meeting support (e.g., Friday LT calls/POA/Start Strongs)
  • Working with RBD on tailored pull-through of national strategy through in-region expertise
  • Providing recommendations to improve regional sales performance through proactive analysis of region, district, and territory performance (including business analytics, sales messaging, strategy, and tactical planning)
  • Collaborating with the West Region Sales Leadership Team on the development and execution of regional business plans and the business review process
  • Addressing high-impact strategic and ops-focused questions from field leaders (working with Associate Director of Field Operations to prioritize per brand and sales priorities)
  • Contributing subject matter expertise and/or managing operational support of field-based systems (e.g., OneLook, Veeva/InterAct, customer alignments, Call Planning Process, e-Roster, HCP Connect, MS Teams, FCR, SharePoint)
  • Partnering with the West Region Sales Leadership Team to provide dedicated in-region strategic and operational support for execution excellence aligned with national strategy
  • Reporting directly to the Director, Neuroscience Sales Strategy & Operations with a dotted line to the West Region Business Director (RBD)
