Experience with contract management, vendor onboarding, and budget tracking is also required.
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will support contract and PO processing for the Endocrinology Marketing team, track and manage contract timelines, coordinate new vendor onboarding, support Speaker Bureau audit tracking, maintain quarterly HCP activity tracking, and partner with analytics teams to uncover actionable insights. You will also oversee materials warehouse and online fulfillment site operations, manage promotional materials, track vendor budgets, and provide field support. Additionally, you will administer and optimize Veeva PromoMats workflow and manage the Content Review Team’s daily operations.
