A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or professional certifications like CEBS or GPHR being preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in employee benefits, compensation, or HR management, including at least 3 years in an international or global capacity. A deep understanding of international benefits design, administration, and relevant regulations is essential.
Develop, execute, and manage employee benefits programs across multiple countries, ensuring competitive positioning, compliance, and sustainability. Spearhead the formulation of international benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and local market trends. Oversee the design and ongoing management of programs such as health insurance, pension plans, and wellness initiatives. Coordinate with local HR teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions, while monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Lead benchmarking efforts, analyze program effectiveness, and present recommendations for improvement. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, develop training and communications, and manage vendor relationships. Collaborate with Finance and HR to develop and forecast budgets, analyze cost implications, and seek opportunities to streamline benefit administration processes through technology and best practices. Champion the employee experience by advocating for equitable and innovative benefits solutions.
