The Director of Global Benefits should have a proven track record of influential leadership and relationship building across the organization. Responsibilities

The Director of Global Benefits will develop and execute the overall employee benefits strategy, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness programs globally. They will provide guidance to regional teams on benefits design, renewals, policies, and market principles, while scaling and streamlining benefits administration for efficient operations and a positive employee experience. This role involves developing and maintaining US and international benefits strategies to meet diverse employee needs, preparing reports for management, and partnering with external vendors and legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Director will implement a communication strategy, create standard operating procedures, evaluate vendor performance, stay updated on market trends and best practices, and lead committees as needed.
