Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Manager, Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, you will develop and maintain the design and integrity of all corporate infrastructure and cloud systems/services, oversee delivering operational support for all infrastructure services, manage internal corporate infrastructure and applications, supervise and guide a technical team, manage incidents and request escalations, document resolutions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and coordinate with OCIO counterpart groups and vendors/partners.
