  • 6–8 years of experience in banking, payments, or fintech, with expertise in consulting and implementation
  • Strong background in cards and payments, product management, portfolio optimization, and digital engagement
  • Proven project/program management skills, including P&L and KPI tracking (revenue, margin, expenses)
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in banking, payments, technology, operations, and risk
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills with the ability to build compelling business cases

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of recommendations across product, portfolio, risk, and digital advisory
  • Support new product launches including build, setup, technical integration, and go-to-market strategy
  • Drive card acquisition, lifecycle initiatives, and digital engagement journeys
  • Develop and execute campaigns to enhance product adoption and portfolio performance
  • Manage project scope, plans, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to ensure delivery excellence
  • Partner across functional areas and standardize delivery processes for consistency and efficiency
