Responsibilities

  • Formulate, plan, and execute the annual full-domain marketing deployment strategy for the brand, covering daily operations and special campaigns across social media, off-site media ads, e-commerce on-site paid marketing, etc., to create synergistic effects from integrated on-site and off-site media placements and improve brand deployment efficiency
  • Based on deployment strategies and goals, establish clear, unified, and coordinated performance KPIs (including but not limited to ROI, UV, AIPL, population asset contribution, etc.) to track, guide, and optimize the performance of different on-site and off-site investment plans, making flexible and timely adjustments to maximize brand media investment utilization
  • Collaborate closely with brand marketing team, e-commerce team, and key clients, deeply participating in annual marketing planning and channel sales planning, identifying opportunities and methods to scale media placements within channels for significant efficiency gains, helping achieve annual product strategies and business goals
  • Efficiently manage brand on-site and off-site media marketing budgets, streamline processes, while ensuring compliance
  • Deeply familiar with various media touchpoints, digitally savvy, able to integrate full-domain marketing data, and effectively output behavioral insights on the full consumer shopping journey and market trends
