Requirements

  • Experience in global sales management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or adventure travel industries
  • Strong understanding of heli-skiing, heli-hiking, or mountain adventure operations (e.g., CMH and MWHS businesses)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment emphasizing safety, integrity, and shared passion
  • Location-based in Banff, AB, for year-round exempt position reporting to Vice President, Global Sales
  • Skills in building relationships with international staff, guests, partners, and communities

Responsibilities

  • Manage global sales strategies for CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures and Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing within the Alterra Experiences Division
  • Drive sales growth and maximize impact of combined heli-skiing operations across 11 winter lodges, 3 summer lodges, and MWHS village resort
  • Collaborate with shared services teams to support operational focus and business expansion
  • Build and maintain partnerships to promote Ikon Pass and access to over 50 mountain destinations
  • Ensure high-end guest experiences aligned with mission to guide life-changing mountain adventures
  • Contribute to recognition as world leader in guided mountain experiences through sales performance
