Requirements

5 to 8 years (or more) of experience, ideally in Audit (or Advisory) or law firm
Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and/or French accounting standards) or stock market regulation, or an interest in numbers if from a legal background
Motivation and willingness to engage in new subjects
Appetite for technical subjects (accounting, legal, company law, and stock market regulation) with curiosity
Strong writing, analysis, and synthesis skills
Organizational skills, ability to manage projects, and prioritize multiple tasks
Interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Good level of English

Responsibilities

Intervene on clients' financial operations (IPOs, capital increases, debt issuances, etc.) to support operational teams on specific tasks, under supervision
Participate in projects or technical consultations on financial information and market regulation (reviews of universal registration documents, pro forma financial information reviews, etc.)
Update regulatory and normative monitoring for professionals and clients
Produce deliverables on these issues (including studies on specific topics)
Develop training materials for professionals and clients
Publish articles on these themes
Work and exchange regularly with audit teams, other Direction Qualité Risques experts, or other firm departments
