Requirements

  • B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in data center network engineering spanning servers, NICs, cabling, and switches
  • Excellent people-management skills, both for direct reports and to influence the wider organization, with 2+ years experience as a people manager in a software or network engineering role
  • More than 8 years experience in networking products
  • Exceptional knowledge of ethernet networking, from switch pipelines (e.g., ACLs, forwarding rules) through networking protocols (like TCP/IP and BGP/EVPN-VxLAN) to network operating systems and their automation
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to the success of Spectrum-X customers

Responsibilities

  • Engaging directly with NVIDIA customers to ensure alignment on their networking requirements
  • Marshalling a cross-disciplinary team of architects, testers, customer managers, and other software teams to deliver products and features on time
  • Defining and reviewing switch architectures and test plans
  • Providing expertise on ethernet networking both internally and to customers
  • Leading a team to ensure that the solution's software features are developed, tested, and delivered to meet high customer standards
