Requirements

B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong background in data center network engineering spanning servers, NICs, cabling, and switches
Excellent people-management skills, both for direct reports and to influence the wider organization, with 2+ years experience as a people manager in a software or network engineering role
More than 8 years experience in networking products
Exceptional knowledge of ethernet networking, from switch pipelines (e.g., ACLs, forwarding rules) through networking protocols (like TCP/IP and BGP/EVPN-VxLAN) to network operating systems and their automation
Strong customer focus and dedication to the success of Spectrum-X customers

Responsibilities

Engaging directly with NVIDIA customers to ensure alignment on their networking requirements
Marshalling a cross-disciplinary team of architects, testers, customer managers, and other software teams to deliver products and features on time
Defining and reviewing switch architectures and test plans
Providing expertise on ethernet networking both internally and to customers
Leading a team to ensure that the solution's software features are developed, tested, and delivered to meet high customer standards
