Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for engagement or digital marketing experience. Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns are essential.
As Engagement Marketing Manager, the individual will partner with the Vice President, Patient Engagement to design and execute a direct-to-patient and direct-to-provider marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and challenges. They will build and execute multi-channel engagement marketing campaigns utilizing SMS, email, direct mail, and addressable advertising, develop and execute a social media strategy, and lead content creation efforts for both patient and provider audiences, including blog posts and website copy.
