Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of a product by leading multidisciplinary teams and providing vision on what is to be built, domain knowledge, and direction in alignment with Cat’s goals
Act as the key decision-maker regarding what features the product will have and ensuring clear communication of those priorities to team, taking ownership for the success and quality of your product
Lead a team of product owners – consistently providing guidance, feedback, and coaching
Ensure we have deep understanding of customers and their processes (triggers, steps, roles, outcomes) by partnering to drive and execute a mixed-methods research strategy/roadmap
Help frame and plan new opportunities - articulating the problem or opportunity to be addressed, the impact, and assumptions and risks to be considered/mitigated
Build tight collaboration and understanding of stakeholder needs and business goals – at times facilitating solutioning and brainstorming activities to transform broad ideas and concepts into clear goal alignment and desired customer requirements/experiences
Lead definition of major experience elements - covering the logic, structure, skeleton, and relationships of how an experience should come together across functions/domains
