Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital ad operations, programmatic, or media environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong regional influence and cross-market collaboration experience across Latin America
  • Deep knowledge of ad serving technologies, trafficking, and campaign management platforms (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with a client-service and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the local Ad Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and career development
  • Ensure the accurate trafficking, tracking, and reporting of all streaming, digital, and programmatic campaigns
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Billing, and Marketing, to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and post-sale service
  • Monitor campaign performance, proactively identifying pacing or delivery issues, and driving optimization
  • Oversee workflow and billing accuracy, collaborating with regional counterparts to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
  • Provide consistent business status updates, insights, and reports to the Regional Operations Manager
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when needed to ensure timely resolutions
  • Contribute to regional process improvement initiatives and support new feature rollouts, systems, and tools across LATAM
