Responsibilities

As the Manager, Deal Strategy, you will serve as a player-coach, leading the Deal Strategy team within Revenue Operations, guiding and mentoring team members on deal structure, pricing governance, and deal quality standards while personally partnering with Sales on strategic deals. You will oversee day-to-day Deal Desk activities, ensuring timely and accurate support for Sales and Customer Success teams, act as a primary liaison for escalations and approvals involving Legal, Accounting, Finance, and RevOps, develop and maintain regular reporting on KPIs, and oversee order form customizations and accuracy to ensure contractual compliance.
