About the Team

You will join a team of data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers at the forefront of AI/ML application within the company. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with leaders from Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology, as well as with the growing Data team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Automate deployment using SFDX, including code check-in using GitLab and executing automated code coverage tests.
  • Mentor junior developers on best practices and the effective use of Salesforce features.
  • Document current and future state solutions, including functional/technical specifications, data integration, and data migration strategies.
  • Develop highly interactive user interfaces using Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Design and create solutions with an emphasis on usability and high performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as an Application Developer, Software Developer, or in a role involving Salesforce application development, testing, and deployment of Apex code.
  • Alternative Qualification:
    • Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as an Application Developer, Software Developer, or in a role involving Salesforce application development, testing, and deployment of Apex code.
  • Additional Experience:
    • 2 years of professional experience in web development including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and general software development methodologies.
    • 2 years of professional experience with SFDX IDE for automating deployments, including code check-in and executing automated code coverage tests.
    • 2 years of professional experience creating REST APIs and building integrations implemented on the Salesforce platform.
    • 2 years of professional experience utilizing data structures, data modeling, and database schemas, with a focus on Salesforce objects and their relationships.
