Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google CES products, business acumen, and data and analytics expertise. They should be capable of managing and mentoring a team, staying current on Google CES advancements, generative AI, and NLP trends, and fostering a culture of innovation. Experience in translating business challenges into effective Google CES solutions is also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Data Insights & Quality will execute the Google CES strategic roadmap, support senior leadership in identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with Google and client stakeholders, and promote the adoption of Google CES solutions. They will track and report on key performance indicators related to voice bot effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and containment rates, and ensure delivery excellence by applying best practices and refining solutions based on performance data. The role also involves managing and developing a team of AI specialists, providing technical and project guidance, supporting training programs, coordinating project prioritization, and serving as a key client contact.
