Requirements

  • Live near or willing to relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, and be in the office a majority of the week
  • At least one year of team management experience (or equivalent)
  • Three years of customer success or account management experience within Hudl or in the industry
  • Existing market knowledge and prior experience with pipeline management
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sale methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Coach, lead, develop, and onboard a team of Customer Success Managers through 1:1s and impromptu feedback to maximize client ROI, renewals, and expansions
  • Design and implement department strategy, including workflows and best practices for different portfolio tiers to maintain high engagement
  • Lead the team to hit and surpass gross retention targets, hold accountable for renewal goals, review revenue numbers, and ensure accurate CRM (Salesforce) data tracking
