Requirements

  • Ability to consult with clients, partners, and prospects to design solutions that accelerate adoption of Visa Direct
  • Support segment and sales leads for Cross Border to sell Visa Direct products to banks, remittance platforms, digital partners, etc
  • Provide business and technical solutions for new use-cases by assessing market/client/prospect needs, reviewing ecosystem readiness, and collaborating with regional, global, and cross-border product and commercialization teams
  • Work collaboratively with front line sales and account executives, client solutioning team in the hub and in-country Visa Direct team members
  • Enable solutions by working with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Client Services and Implementations (CS), Risk, Compliance, AML, and other product teams across Visa
  • Act as product and industry SME to support client’s go-to-market launches with advisory for end-to-end solutioning such as digital user journeys, treasury and back-office, and launch strategy
  • Monitor business enhancement releases and other product related changes and serve as focal point of contact for the AP region
  • Represent voice of the client within the product roadmap and work closely with product development teams to ensure readiness in implementing new solutions
  • Continuously develop understanding of market trends, competition, client needs/requirements and distill insights to shape Visa Direct product strategy, new features, and capability development

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical growth initiatives on product commercialization, client solutioning, and manage go-to-market program launches that scale the Visa Direct business with bank and remitter clients in the Asia Pacific (AP) region
  • Support sales, commercialization, and solutioning of Visa Direct domestic and cross-border payments, including money movement applications like account funding, P2P transfers, person to micro-business transfers, cross-border remittances, and funds disbursements
  • Based out of Singapore Hub and support Asia Pacific markets, reporting to the Regional Head of Commercialization and Solutioning for Visa Direct
