The Manager, Corporate Business Development will lead and scale a new BDR team focused on driving growth through outreach to new and existing clients for Corporate accounts, coach and develop 4 BDRs, own revenue targets, metrics and performance, optimize for sales funnel conversion and pipeline management, leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization, partner closely with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations and other sales leaders to share best practices and drive productivity, and funnel conversion to scale the business.
