Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions
  • 3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and externally
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account managers to prepare for and lead strategy meetings with health plan leadership
  • Create templates to support monthly and quarterly business reviews with health plan partners
  • Lead annual strategic planning efforts in partnership with health plans
  • Provide exceptional client service and value as a point of contact for a subset of our health plan partners
  • Support program expense tracking and invoicing including card fees, print expenses, supply chain, etc
  • Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines
  • Identify trends and insights through plan reporting and industry research to bring to health plans during monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Work cross-functionally to understand current program performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions
