Requirements

3+ years’ experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions
3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and externally
Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)

Responsibilities

Partner with account managers to prepare for and lead strategy meetings with health plan leadership
Create templates to support monthly and quarterly business reviews with health plan partners
Lead annual strategic planning efforts in partnership with health plans
Provide exceptional client service and value as a point of contact for a subset of our health plan partners
Support program expense tracking and invoicing including card fees, print expenses, supply chain, etc
Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines
Identify trends and insights through plan reporting and industry research to bring to health plans during monthly and quarterly business reviews
Work cross-functionally to understand current program performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions
