Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions
  • 3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and externally
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless experience for members joining new or renewing existing Medicare and Medicaid plans by preparing our store colleagues to support members in-store shopping journeys
  • Identify opportunities to improve the in-store experience and maximize value for our members, stores, manufacturer partners, and health plans
  • Represent the voice of the colleague and customer internally and advocate for initiatives to improve their experiences
  • Support program expense tracking and invoicing including card fees, print expenses, supply chain, etc
  • Deliver health plan and store reporting to account managers, Store Operations, and Merchandising
  • Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines
