The Manager of Channel Sales will develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth across North America & LATAM, working closely with senior leadership to align with corporate objectives. They will lead, motivate, and manage a team of channel sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews. The role involves cultivating strong partner relationships, managing partner performance, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners, as well as collaborating with internal teams to create partner enablement programs and sales tools.
