Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement tools and technologies for enhanced team collaboration, reporting, and execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and execution plans
  • Monitor and report on initiative progress, ensuring timely delivery and continuous optimization
  • Manage campaign processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing ecosystem
  • Manage end-to-end operational execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and frameworks
  • Design and implement comprehensive reporting that captures, analyzes, and communicates the full impact of field marketing initiatives, tracking event performance, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI with clear visibility for leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate planning efforts and align marketing strategies
  • Create and manage multi-touch campaigns through automation tools like HubSpot workflows
  • Establish SLAs with sales for lead handoff and follow-up, supported by automated alerts and task creation
  • Support functional leads with the management and tracking of the marketing budget, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Facilitate team annual planning for strategic goal setting and performance tracking
