Requirements
Candidates should possess a degree in finance, accounting, or engineering, although this is not strictly required. Experience in business value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or enterprise SaaS sales is essential, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Proficiency in buying, selling, developing, using, acquiring, or integrating enterprise SaaS solutions, particularly in identity governance or access management, is also required. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to educate non-financial roles on concepts like ROI, IRR, and TCO, are necessary. Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Manager, Value Strategy will build and lead international teams, develop customer-facing Excel models and PowerPoint presentations with strong attention to detail, partner with field sales teams to develop creative account strategies, drive strategic projects across multiple teams including sales, marketing, and customer success, and lead C-level discussions to assess strategic objectives and present board-level business cases.
