Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop BDRs to become top-performing pipeline generators
  • Lead an Outbound BDR team focused on creating net-new pipeline for the sales org
  • Manage performance using data to diagnose gaps and improve outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align on strategy and prioritize accounts
  • Ensure smart adoption of tools (Outreach, SFDC, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, etc.) to improve productivity and drive rep accountability
  • Run onboarding, training, and career development programs to grow early-career BDRs into top performers
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team output
  • Improve team output and raise the bar
  • Improve operational efficiency and hold reps accountable
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and prioritize accounts
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business results
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the sales organization and drive business growth
