  • Crafting compelling business cases that energize investment and mobilize cross-functional support, translating complex AI and digital strategies into clear commercial growth
  • Orchestrating seamless delivery from concept to launch by aligning diverse teams—Marketing, Sales, Medical, BI&A, Legal, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement—behind bold commercial ambitions
  • Maximizing deployment by setting clear, ambitious impact metrics and rigorously tracking performance, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value for patients and drives business momentum
