Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across Product, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar hybrid fields
  • 2+ years managing and developing high-performing teams (5+ reports ideal)
  • Experience as a Group Product Manager, Strategy Lead, or Professional Services/Consulting leader delivering complex client or platform initiatives
  • Strong technical intuition — comfortable understanding AI agent design, product architecture

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of 5+ Agent PMs, focused on delivering enterprise-grade AI agents
  • Drive execution across complex strategic accounts, supporting APMs in navigating executive stakeholders, enterprise roadmaps, and AI adoption strategies
  • Establish operational and quality standards — ensuring consistent delivery, documentation, iteration, and internal best practices
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership to bring customer insights into platform strategy and influence the product roadmap
  • Act as a strategic voice on accounts, occasionally stepping in to unblock mission-critical builds, shape roadmaps, or guide executive conversations
