Responsibilities

Drive full-stack feature development from conception to deployment
Ship a lot of product and talk directly to users
Collaborate on design and implementation of user-facing features
Build robust, scalable, and performant web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement in existing systems
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of the product
Set the industry standard for the UX of agent products
Optimize prompts, fine-tune model behavior, and evaluate performance
Evaluate and improve existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
Participate in design and implementation of user-facing features
Develop and maintain tools to accelerate team workflows
Contribute to open-source projects
Provide user feedback and suggestions to improve the product
Participate in discussions and decision-making processes related to product development
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the product
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and frontend development
