Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes, particularly within a global organization, and demonstrate experience with Zuora Billing systems. Experience with Agile methodologies and user story development is also required, along with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable system updates. A background in process improvement and remediation planning is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Accounts Receivable GPO will identify areas for improvement in existing Billing and AR processes, develop new processes or refine existing workflows to support scalability and automation, and apply Zuora Billing technical knowledge to conceptualize enhancement solutions. They will define user stories and acceptance criteria, perform user acceptance testing, monitor go-live, and develop remediation plans when issues are identified. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on system implementations, communicating impact to stakeholders, and supporting the management of Zuora Billing, including approving role creation and accounting policies.
